General Clean Ups
Council holds two general clean ups per year, usually May and November. Residents are notified via letterbox drop advising clean up dates for your street.
 Items suitable for collection must be placed on the nature strip outside your premises the weekend before collection in your street begins.

Items must not block the footpath. |

Rubbish which is offensive, dangerous or too large will not be removed. |

No trade or industrial waste will be collected. |

Garden waste and white goods should be placed separately as they are recycled. |

Free Phone-In Collections
Each household is entitled to four free collections per year. Items are collected on Monday and residents must call to book on 9716 1800. Council will collect items that can be lifted by one person and must be less than 1 cubic metre (approximately 8 garbage bags).

Illegal Dumping It is illegal to place rubbish on the street that is not in a bin or booked in for collection. Council Rangers investigate dumped rubbish and offenders may be issued penalty infringement notices for up to $1500. Mobile surveillance cameras are randomly moved to different locations across the Municipality to assist Council's investigations.
