| Mark wants to improve the Ashfield town centre, maintain the local character of Ashfield, including our environment and quality of life. He will take all opportunities to create more open space and to oppose inappropriate developments. He is keen to promote community harmony and safety.
Mark cares about our local services, he likes to swim in our local pool, take the kids to a local park and borrow books from our wonderful library. The South Ward of Ashfield is where Mark’s bought his first home after renting in Ashfield for number of years. He renovated and restored a family house. Mark enjoys living in a vibrant community and is proud of his neighbourhood. He shops locally and works in Ashfield.
Mark is in his 40’s and has extensive experience in representation, management, planning and budgeting, from a career spanning social work, the trade union movement, public service and management. He is a family man and a long-term resident of Ashfield.
