UPCOMING MEETING 2008
General Meeting Cycle Information
Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday each month commencing at 6.30pm.
The third Tuesday of each month will be the regular Committee/Workshop night commencing at 6.30pm. Meeting dates are available below.
All meetings are open to the public and are held in the Council Chamber, Level 3, Civic Centre, 260 Liverpool Road, Ashfield commencing 6.30pm.
Meeting Agenda (Business Papers)
Council's Agenda for upcoming meetings will be made available to the public prior to Council and/or Committee Meetings.
Business Papers for members of the public are available at each of the above meetings. Alternatively, Business Papers may be inspected from the Thursday prior to each meeting at the Customer Service Centre between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and also at Council's Libraries during the normal Library hours from the Thursday prior to each meeting.
Minutes
Draft Minutes of Council and/or Committee Meetings will be published on council's website by the end of the week that the meeting occurred.
Minutes are confirmed at the next Ordinary Council Meeting and updated on the website thereafter.
Enquiries relating to Agendas and Minutes should be forwarded to Council's Administration Department on (02) 9716 1800.
Please note:
Documents attached to reports in the Business Papers are not included on this website but are available for viewing at Council's Customer Service Centre, Ashfield Library, Haberfield Library and limited copies are available at the meeting.
