Ashfield Library offers several free computer classes to the public that promote information literacy. The classes cover computer basics, electronic communication, the library website, Internet searching, and online databases.
Different classes are structured to meet the needs of different aged people. There are classes the library runs specifically in the schools with children, in the library with seniors and in the library for the general public.

Ashfield Libraries will be holding computer classes covering general internet, email, and word processing in May for Library and Information Week. Places are limited to 5 people per session, so bookings are essential : phone 9716 1810. Attendance limited to one session only. All you need to bring is a USB memory stick.
The classes will be held from 10.00am - 12.00noon on the following days:
