Fast Track Team
Ashfield Council has established a team that will fast track Development Applications for domestic type.
The range of development includes but not limited to:
- Front fences
- Swimming pools
- Awnings
- Garages & car ports
- Retaining walls
- Minor demolition works
- Residential extensions
- Other additions & alterations
- Change of use
The objective of the Fast Track team is to ensure that applications for domestic development are determined in a timely manner whilst producing quality developments that comply with community expectations, Ashfield Council and legislative requirements.
