Ashfield Council provides residents, ratepayers and community stakeholders with a range of opportunities to provide input into Council plans and decisions, as well as feedback on Council’s range of services and facilities.

All Community engagement activities are governed by Council’s Community Engagement Policy and Ashfield Council strives for inclusive and representative community engagement processes.

As an Ashfield resident, ratepayer, community group or stakeholder, you can Have Your Say through

  • Participating in local workshops and discussions about your local area
  • Participating as a community representative on Council’s Advisory and Standing Committees on issues and topics including Seniors, Youth, Culturally & Linguistically Diverse Communities, Access and Community Services.
  • Emailing or writing to us
  • Attending a Council Meeting
