Help the environment by making paper rates notices a thing of the past. Now you can register to receive your Council rates notices direct to your nominated email address instead.

Whenever your Council rates notice is ready, we'll send you an email with your rates notice attached in high quality (PDF) format.

You can also log onto the secure site and access both your current and past notices in the same high quality (PDF) format. Not only are they identical to paper statements, you can also save them on your computer or print them should you still require a paper copy.


eNotices give you the convenience of having access to all your Council rates notices 24 hours a day 7 days a week with just a few clicks of your mouse. It's easy, fast and free.

You can still elect to pay your rates via any of one of Council's existing payments options, or set up BPAY View as follows.

Go to your own online banking website to sign up for BPAY View. Receive, pay and store your Rates notices through your online banking in three simple steps.

  1. Log into your online banking account
  2. Look for the BPAY View or View Bills section
  3. Register your bills by entering the BPAY biller code and your references

Make the switch

Switching to eNotices only takes a few moments – just follow these simple steps.

  1. Visit
  2. Click on "Register"
  3. Enter your details as they appear on your rates notice
  4. Nominate the email address where you would like your eNotices sent
  5. Create your own username and password
  6. Click "Save"
